44 GP Anaesthetists take part in Anaesthetics Procedural Conference

Last Friday 29 August and Saturday 30 August, RDN welcomed 44 GP Anaesthetists to Sydney, from across NSW, for an immersive two-day Anaesthetics Procedural Conference.

Day one took place at Sydney Simulation Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital and featured a ‘High Stakes, High Performance’ theme with hands-on simulations before day two saw participants head across to RDN’s office for interactive workshops and lectures which were all designed to enhance clinical skills.

Wagga Wagga GP, Dr Carla Flynn, attended the Conference and said it provided a great opportunity to connect.

“What I love most about these conferences is the combination of learning and the strong sense of community,” Dr Flynn said.

“They’re a chance to connect with people from the past and remind yourself that you’re not alone in the work you do."
