RDN-facilitated Leeton Health Services Survey now open
05th May 2025
A new survey being conducted by Rural Doctors Network (RDN) as part of the Collaborative Care project in Leeton Shire is now open and will help better understand community needs and improve access to health and wellbeing services.
The Collaborative Care project, supported by NSW Health and facilitated by RDN, aims to identify the healthcare needs of the Leeton community and work together to create innovative solutions. Participation is voluntary and answers will be kept confidential with each member of the household 15 years of age and over able to complete the survey.
RDN Community Project Officer for the Collaborative Care project, Maryann Iannelli, is encouraging the community to participate in the survey which only takes around 10 minutes to complete and is open until 18 May 2025.
“By working together, the project will identify sustainable solutions that aim to improve access to care, reduce wait times, and provide a more integrated health service experience for all.”
Maryann was also interviewed by television station, WIN News alongside Leeton Deputy Mayor, Cr Michael Kidd. You can view the interview to find out more about the Project, here.
The Collaborative Care Program received funding through the NSW Ministry of Health.
