Obstetrics Procedural Conference

The Obstetrics Procedural Conference is a long-standing Rural Doctors Network program designed specifically for rural GP obstetricians and registrars. With over 30 years of delivery, the conference continues to focus on practical, clinically relevant learning that supports real-world decision-making in rural settings.

The program is delivered across two venues in St Leonards - the Sydney Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital and the Rural Doctors Network office - providing a mix of hands-on simulation and interactive, case-based learning.

To support busy clinical schedules and maintain small, highly interactive groups, the conference is delivered across two intakes each year (June and October), with the final 2026 program running on 9-10 October - now open for registration.
