The Platform is intended to provide healthcare professionals and other organisations that care about keeping under-resourced communities healthy with relevant information about our work and services.  

Use of the website is subject always to these Terms. By accessing the website you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or fail to comply with these Terms, you must not access, view or use the website. 

The website is provided for users in Australia. Users who access the website from outside Australia do so at their own risk and subject always to these Terms.

3.2 We are not responsible for any user-generated content and information. Content posted by users or authors who do not work for RDN express the personal views of the respective authors only. 

3.3 You may use RDN material on the website in unaltered form for your own personal, non-commercial use, or as permitted by law.   

3.4 All material is subject to copyright under Copyright Act 1968. You may reproduce RDN material for personal, in-house or non-commercial use. For other uses, written permission from RDN is required.

4.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of the Terms. We will attempt to inform you of any changes, but it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The latest version of these Terms will always be accessible on our website. 

4.2. Your continued use of or access to the website following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.   

5. Platform availability 

5.1. The functionality of this website may be updated over time. We grant you access to the website as it may exist and be available on any given day and we have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Depending on the operational requirements over time, we may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue access to the website, partially or entirely. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with prior notice of any such changes either through the website or by direct email communications to you. We collect this information for the purpose of sharing the latest information on RDN’s services and events. We will also communicate with you about how you can help us continue our important work.

RDN collects your personal information when you make a donation to support our work and interact with us in relation to your donation and our work from time to time. We collect this information so that we can process your donation and keep you updated on our work which you have generously chosen to support. We will also communicate with you about ways you can continue to support our work.

If we do not collect your personal information, you may not be able to make a donation or receive a receipt or other communications from us relating to your donation and our work.
