Rural Practice Managers Conference

Join us for the 6th annual Rural Practice Managers Conference, held at the Hilton Sydney on 26–27 November, and proudly hosted by Rural Doctors Network as part of Rural Health Pro’s Rural Health Month. Known for its relevant content and relaxed atmosphere, this event brings together rural practice managers from across NSW.

With a focus on change, this year’s program explores how practice managers can confidently lead through evolving landscapes. Topics include HR and Fair Work reforms, supervising IMGs, chronic condition workflows, social media and reputation management, and the financial sustainability of rural general practice. There's also an inspiring presentation on integrating traditional Aboriginal Traditional Medicine and Western medicine and a dedicated ACCHO stream.

There’ll be plenty of time to share experiences, build connections, and reflect on your impact in rural healthcare. You may also be eligible to apply for support through the Practice Sustainability Grants Program to assist with attendance.
